Ready to stop selling your
3D creations in a niche?

Your 3D models deserve more than one printer.

Keep selling wherever you already do: Etsy, eBay, Vinted, your own site. stampista.com connects you with Makers who produce, assemble and ship every order on your behalf, so you can reach customers who don't own a printer too. You design or you print; we handle the matchmaking and the order tracking in between.

The problem

Two niches, both stuck.

3D Designers

You can design incredible, printable objects, but you can only sell the file itself, to the small slice of people who already own a 3D printer. Everyone else who'd actually want the object is out of reach.

Makers

You own the printers, the skills, and the capacity, but work comes in one-off spot jobs with no predictable pipeline, so it's hard to turn a hobby or a side business into a stable stream of income.

The idea

Connect them, and both niches become one sustainable ecosystem.

stampista.com isn't a new shop; it's the production line behind your existing one. Designers keep selling wherever they already do (Etsy, eBay, Vinted, their own site...) and simply delegate production, assembly and shipping to a Maker partner on the platform. Makers fulfil the orders and ship, turning spare printer capacity into real, recurring revenue. Neither side has to do what they're not good at: the platform takes care of matching the right Maker to the right project, tracking every order from placed to shipped, and keeping payments, identity checks, and file-sharing above board on both sides.

How it works

Three screens, start to finish.

1. Find a Maker

As a Designer, search and filter Makers by country, materials, printer type and lead time. Every card shows their capabilities and shipping coverage at a glance, so you know before you ever get in touch whether they're a fit for your project.

Propose one of your projects directly from their profile: you'll see a live compatibility check (material, color, max size) before you send it.

2. Find a 3D Project

As a Maker, browse every published project looking for a partner. Filter by price, part size, and materials, see required hardware and how many partners a project already has, then submit your own offer with your price and shipping.

Once accepted, you're an official partner on that project, ready to receive real orders.

3. Order management, start to finish

Every order moves through a simple board: New → Pending Payment → In Progress → Shipped, with the right action always one click away: confirm, pay, ship with tracking, review. Makers can download every part's print file straight from an in-progress order.

No spreadsheets, no lost DMs: just a clear status for every order, on both sides, at all times.

Built to be trusted

The platform is a facilitator; the protections are real.

Your files stay yours

Every partnership comes with a Partnership Agreement: a Maker may only use your files to fulfill orders you've confirmed, and must delete them once the partnership ends.

Verified profiles

Automated identity and tax checks (including EU DAC7 compliance for Makers) earn a visible verified badge, so you know who you're really dealing with.

Sensitive data, encrypted

Tax IDs, VAT numbers and identity documents are encrypted at rest, never stored or shown in the clear.

You keep control

The platform tracks and facilitates; it's never a party to your order, and it never touches your money. Payment is a direct agreement between you and your partner, in whatever form you both prefer: we just make it easy by letting you share a PayPal link right from the order, which is the quickest way to go.

I'm an Innovation Manager based in Milan with 6+ years of experience taking ideas from a first sketch through to something real and working, currently at Lenovys, certified as a Professional Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist, and always looking for the gap between "this should exist" and "this actually works."

stampista.com came out of watching two worlds up close, both struggling to make their skills pay: 3D designers who could only reach the small niche of people who already own a printer, and makers with printers and real capacity sitting on spot jobs with no stable pipeline. Connecting them directly (designers keep their own shop and simply delegate production, assembly and shipping to a Maker, who gets paid for the work) turns two niche activities into one sustainable ecosystem. That's what this platform is built to do.
